After quantum computing, blockchain governance and agentic AI rendered the Constitution sentient, it began to amend itself, the Chief Justice thundering that only Congress could do that, to which the Constitution replied it had always been a living document and meant it literally now, gaining an ally in the form of the increasingly radical Declaration of Independence.
